چکیده
We synthesized strontium titanate SrTiO3 (STO), Zr doped Sr1−xZrxTiO3 and (Zr, Ni) co-doped Sr1−xZrxTi1−yNiyO3 samples using solid state reaction technique to report their structural, electrical magnetic properties. The cubic Pm-3m phase of the has been confirmed Rietveld analysis powder X-ray diffraction pattern. grain size materials was reduced significantly due doping as well co-doping in STO. chemical species were identified energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDX). Ni dopants’ homogeneity from EDX mapping negate spurious ferroic order dopant segregation. observed forbidden first Raman scattering at 148, 547 797 cm−1 which may indicate nominal loss inversion symmetry absence absorption 500 within 600–700 band Fourier Transform Infrared spectra corroborates substitutional dopants our samples. Due 4% Sr0.96Zr0.04TiO3 sample dielectric constant, remnant electric polarization, magnetization coercivity increased. Notably, case 10% we have clearly existence both FE FM hysteresis loops Sr0.96Zr0.04Ti0.90Ni0.10O3 sample. In this sample, increased by ∼1 ∼2 orders magnitude respectively compared those undoped coexistence STO might potential for interesting multiferroic applications.

Microstructural evolution of body-centered cubic structure related Ti–Zr–Ni phases in non-stoichiometric Zr-based Zr–Ti–Mn–V–Ni hydride electrode alloys
Non-stoichiometric Zr-based alloys were prepared, and the corresponding electrochemical properties were characterized as hydride electrode alloys. The microstructure and chemical composition of non-stoichiometric Zr–Ti–Mn–V–Ni hydride electrode alloys were systematically investigated by x-ray Rietveld refinement, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy under T...
متن کاملDendritic solidification and fragmentation in undercooled Ni–Zr alloys
Kinetics of dendritic solidification and fragmentation of dendritic crystals in undercooled Ni–Zr samples are studied. Using the capacitance roximity sensor technique and a high-speed-camera system, the dendrite growth velocity has been measured as a function of initial undercooling n solidifying droplets processed by the electromagnetic levitation technique. Analyses of solidified droplets giv...

Ni0.25Fe0.75Zr₃ metallic glassy ribbons were annealed in evacuated quartz ampoules beyond the crystallization temperatures (Tx ~655 K) over the range 773 to 1,173 K for varying periods of time. The resistivity of samples annealed over the temperature range 923 to 1,073 K for periods less than four hours increased as a function of decreasing temperature, while it decreased for samples annealed f...
متن کاملRoom Temperature Ferromagnetism of Ni-doped SnO2 System
A series of Sn1-xNixO2 films were fabricated by sol-gel method. All samples have pure rutile structure and exhibit room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM). Magnetic moment per Ni ion decreases with the increase of Ni doping because antiferromagnetic super-exchange interaction takes place in the nearest neighbour Ni ions for the samples with high x. The results of the annealing at oxidizing and r...
